I ordered this dress Sept 07, 2010. I live in the US and did not receive the dress until Oct 2, 2010. I was expecting to get it in 3 weeks like other reviewers posted. Not so much. However, once it I arrived I was pleased. The dress is very pretty and well made.I will also be buying an additional petticoat bc I want the dress to be a little more poofy on the bottom. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. :)
